Abstract

     This study aimed to reveal the level of professional satisfaction of the teachers of the hard of hearing in the light of some variables in light of the Corona pandemic. Its sample consisted of (76) male and female teachers who were chosen by the intentional sampling method, and the results showed: that the level of professional satisfaction of teachers and teachers of hearing-impaired students under the conditions of the Corona pandemic came to a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ scores in the level of professional satisfaction. It is attributed to the gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ scores in the level of professional satisfaction due to the variable years of experience, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ degrees in the level of professional satisfaction due to the training courses variable. In light of this, the study recommended paying attention to teachers of students with hearing impairment by providing guidance programs that develop their sense of professional satisfaction continuously and effectively, and work to improve the work environment and environment for teachers of students with hearing impairment and hearing impairment.
